Adventure Park History
This Adventure Park project started in 1993 when an inspired man from Germany discovered this jewel in the Gold Mountains of Montes de Oro, Costa Rica just to recognize the potential and preciousness of this piece of land he introduced a completely new concept of wildlife preservation and vocational -tourism. He named this farm after his beloved son – Daniel –
Conveniently located between San Jose and Guanacaste (30 mins. from Doubletree Resort) Adventure Park and Hotel Vista Golfo is a perfect starting point for trips to the - Cloud Forest - or to the pacific coast beaches of Costa Rica. Located at 2100 ft above sea level the climate is perfect for outdoor activities.

Our resort offers comfortable rooms with private bathroom, a crystal clear spring water swimming pool, Satellite TV and an impressive view over the Gulf of Nicoya.

Relax and delight yourself with our national cuisine while enjoying a drink at our terrace located next to our panoramic Bar.

From the restaurant you can watch fun activities like people on the climbing wall, the bungee-trampoline and Canopy cables. Our Hiking Trails will encourage you to spot exotic birds and mammals freely living in our property; walk around trails leading you to waterfalls, fruit plantations and places you can appreciate the magnificent view over the Gulf of Nicoya.

Restaurant
After an exciting day there is nothing better than a candle-light dinner in our  restaurant. We are offering national  cuisine in a wonderful atmosphere created by the amazing Gulf of Nicoya's view. Enjoy the sunset and let yourself be indulged by our attentive team.

Swimming pool and Gardens

Always fresh and clean spring water swimming pool, coming directly from the surrounding mountains, the central part of a colorful tropical garden we offer to our visitors. Take a dive or just relax in one of the hammocks, enjoy our peaceful atmosphere and observe many bird species flying by or drinking the nectar of the colorful flowers.

Outdoor activities
For those of you not getting enough of adventure, we offer a climbing wall and a bungee trampoline for you to practice in our facilities. Furthermore, right behind the pool our beautiful hiking trails welcome you to explore our farm which either leads you through fruit plantations or to an impressive still romantic waterfall. Take the chance to spot wild animals in their natural habitat!

We have different kinds of nature trails on our land, for example The Papaya trail: Leading you through groups of fruit trees and through the forest until you get to a amazing waterfall.

But we have much more to offer, like - Canopy, Horseback-riding, ATV Quad tours or fun sports like bungee trampoline and climbing wall.
